1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bad8" refers to the online gambling platform operated at bad8.io, including all games, betting markets, account services, and promotional programs accessible through the platform.
• "Platform" means the bad8.io website, its subdomains, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all content, features, and services made available through those channels.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or otherwise accesses the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins credit equivalents, or matched deposit incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of a bad8 promotion, which are subject to specific wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process, which may include submission of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all time-sensitive provisions of these Terms.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency of the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the Platform, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of bad8, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms that may apply to individual promotions.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting customer support at [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bad8. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings between you and bad8 relating to your use of the Platform.

3 Eligibility Requirements

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bad8 enforces a strict minimum age requirement and will close any Account discovered to belong to a person under 21 years old, forfeiting all associated balances.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from bad8 or placed on any self-exclusion register that covers the Platform's services.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee of bad8 or any of its affiliated game-provider partners.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise or misrepresent your geographic location in order to circumvent any regional access restriction.

bad8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bad8's compliance team may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on bad8, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and management:

• One Account per person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, identity, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for the security of your Account password. bad8 strongly recommends choosing a unique, complex password and never sharing your login credentials with any third party. bad8 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Account currency: Accounts on bad8 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All displayed balances, bonus amounts, and transaction records are in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• KYC verification: bad8 may request KYC documents at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Accepted documents typically include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification is a regulatory safeguard designed to protect all players on the Platform.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

bad8 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods designed to serve players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other regions of Bangladesh.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no platform processing fee for deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Standard charges applied by your mobile banking provider may still apply.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time for most supported mobile banking methods. Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other supported institutions) may take up to 2 hours to reflect.
• bad8 does not accept deposits from third parties. The name on the payment account must match the name on your bad8 Account.
• bad8 reserves the right to impose deposit limits, request source-of-funds documentation, or decline a deposit transaction if there are grounds to suspect money laundering or other financial irregularity.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts that have been previously used to fund the bad8 Account, unless otherwise approved by the bad8 compliance team following a completed KYC review.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times are measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on working days.
• Any portion of a Player's balance that consists of Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• bad8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawals above ৳100,000 within any 30-day rolling period. This may include requesting additional KYC documentation and source-of-funds evidence.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bad8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of bad8 and may be withdrawn, modified, or suspended at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of bonuses already credited and in active use.
• Each bonus is associated with a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement"), which specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Live casino games, sports betting markets, and specific high-variance slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The applicable contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• A Player may hold a maximum of one active welcome bonus and one active reload bonus at any given time. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times is classified as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• bad8 reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any winnings derived from it if there is reasonable evidence that a Player has exploited a technical error, engaged in prohibited wagering patterns, or otherwise acted in bad faith in relation to a promotion.
• All bonus promotions are intended for personal entertainment only and may not be used in conjunction with systematic betting strategies, matched betting software, or any other technique designed to extract guaranteed profit from a promotion.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bad8 Platform — including live casino titles, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective provider rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

• bad8 works exclusively with game providers whose titles use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). The RNG certification status of each game can be confirmed by reviewing the provider's published compliance documentation.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the result recorded on bad8's server, the server-side record shall be the definitive result.
• bad8 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was placed or completed during a verified technical malfunction, game error, or feed disruption. Affected stakes will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
• For sports betting markets, all settlement decisions are made by bad8's trading team in accordance with the sport's official governing body results. For cricket markets, the official result published by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the relevant domestic board (BCB for BPL fixtures, BCCI for IPL fixtures) shall be authoritative.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event — whether due to a feed delay or late acceptance — may be voided at bad8's discretion. In-play markets are suspended during stoppages and resume only when bad8's trading team determines it is appropriate to do so.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the bad8 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended, all associated winnings voided, and their case referred to bad8's compliance and fraud investigation team:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence game outcomes in a manner not permitted by the applicable game rules.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through multi-accounting, systematic reverse wagering, matched-betting patterns using Platform funds, or any other technique that distorts the intended promotional outcome.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using the Platform to layer or integrate illicit proceeds, or making deposits and withdrawals without genuine play intent. bad8 is required to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile banking provider after funds have been deposited to and used on the Platform.
• Impersonation: Accessing an Account belonging to another player, opening an Account in another person's name, or providing false identity information during KYC verification.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly continuing to play or wager after becoming aware of a software bug, pricing error, or system malfunction that provides an unfair advantage. Players who discover such errors must report them to customer support immediately.

9 Responsible Gaming

bad8 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all players. The Platform offers the following player-protection tools, all of which can be activated from the Account settings page or by contacting customer support at [email protected]:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the maximum amount you can deposit to your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a chosen period of continuous play. This feature is designed to encourage regular breaks and prevent extended uninterrupted gambling sessions.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets, but you may still withdraw your available balance.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed by bad8's support team. During self-exclusion you will be removed from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

bad8 enforces a strict 21+ age verification policy and will close any Account found to belong to a person under the minimum age, forfeiting all balances in line with our legal obligations. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bad8 Platform — including but not limited to the bad8 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game artwork displayed within bad8-owned sections of the Platform, written content, and software — is the exclusive property of bad8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from bad8.
• Modify, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use bad8's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without prior written authorisation.
• Systematically scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's own licensing terms.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

bad8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and bad8 and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

In summary, bad8 collects personal data that you provide during registration and KYC verification, data generated by your use of the Platform (including transaction history, game activity, and login records), and technical data such as device identifiers and IP addresses. This data is used to operate and improve the Platform, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and personalise your experience.

bad8 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers directly involved in Platform operation (such as payment processors and game studios) and with regulatory or law-enforcement bodies where required by law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bad8's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Player's Account, or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bad8 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failure, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond bad8's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-ordered access restrictions.
• Delays in game result processing or sportsbook settlement caused by the relevant governing body failing to confirm an official result.
• Losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits bad8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Termination and Account Closure

bad8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• bad8 reasonably suspects the Player of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• bad8 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or other legal obligation.
• The Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the Platform.

A Player may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure of a verified Account in good standing, any real-money balance (net of applicable bonus amounts subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 working days.

Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions may have their balances withheld pending the outcome of bad8's internal investigation. If the investigation determines that fraud or prohibited conduct occurred, bad8 reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance in full.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bad8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bad8 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law applicable to online gambling platforms. bad8 operates as a global online platform serving players including those in Bangladesh, and these Terms are intended to be consistent with applicable law in the jurisdictions where Players lawfully access the Platform.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, bad8 encourages you to contact the customer support team at [email protected] in the first instance. bad8's support team will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly, promptly, and in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with bad8's support team, you may request that the matter be escalated to bad8's senior compliance team for a final review. bad8's decision following a completed compliance review shall be final and binding, except where overturned by a competent court of appropriate jurisdiction.
